Lynn Murphy, M.Ed.

Lynn Murphy, M.Ed., is founder and president of Key Innovative Business Solutions. She helps organizations turn their workforce into high-performance teams. As an experienced workshop leader, facilitator and presenter, Lynn designs and delivers training programs that are dynamic, engaging and highly interactive for business owners, executives, managers and teams. Using Lynn’s concrete tools and effective solutions that can be immediately implemented, they build more successful and productive leaders, teams, employees and organizations.

Combining her unique business background and insight of over 30 years, Lynn bases her innovative approach on experience as a business consultant, business owner, real estate broker, negotiator, mediator and classroom teacher. She is a past president of Habitat for Humanity Arizona, a former member of Biltmore Toastmasters where she earned her Competent Leader and Competent Communicator designation, and a member of Valley Leadership Class XIII. Lynn’s approach is collaborative, respectful, inclusive and effective.

Lynn lives and works in Phoenix, Arizona, and travels across the country to work with organizations in a wide variety of industries.
